Registering for a Trip
1. Decide which country and project you want to visit
2. If you are joining us at our meeting point click the trip title "By Land"
3. If you are a NZ resident click the trip title "By Air". As we are based in NZ we are able to negotiate favourable airfares and provide you with some extra information specific to NZ residents.
4. Once you have selected BY LAND or BY AIR, click on the underlined trip code in the trip information box to open the Trip Registration Form.
5. Complete the form making sure that you enter all of the mandatory information (*) otherwise the form will not submit.
6. When you have completed the form, hit SUBMIT and you should be directed to the Payment Options page. If you are not directed to this page and your screen goes blank you have missed a mandatory box. You will need to clear out your internet temporary files (go to Tools on the top of your internet page), then RESET the form using the button at the bottom of the form, and then recomplete the form making sure you have completed all boxes.
7. Once we have received your registration we will send you a Trip Confirmation Letter which outlines your next steps to get ready for your expedition with us.
8. In the time prior to your departure you will also receive regular Pre Trip Briefings covering important information such as Travel Documentation, Insurance, Vaccinations, What to Bring, Meeting Point instructions etc.
